Join us for a multi-week program of empowerment through sports and physical activity presented by Alberta World Cup Society. This event takes place as a lead up to and during the COOP FIS Cross-Country World Cup. Sessions will be hosted both virtually and in-person, with the first two sessions being held virtually on Sunday, January 21 and February 4 from 9:00 am – 10:00 am MT. Following this, we will hold an in-person event for the final week on Saturday, Feb 10 from 12:30-3:00 PM MT at the Canmore Nordic Centre, during the World Cup, as we cheer on our Role Models in the Fast and Female Fan Zone!

This multi-week program includes BRAND NEW Fast and Female curriculum-based workshop to help teach visualization and improve mental performance, both in and outside of sport, fun physical activity, a panel component, Q&A and more, with our REAL (Relatable, Empowering, Active Leaders) Role Models. Participants will enjoy high-quality time with cross-country skiing women athlete role models and will end off the multi-week program with the final session focusing on a 2.5 hour Fast and Female Fan Zone where the participants will gather to cheer on the racers for the Sprint competitions.
