Fast and Female’s annual Girls Runs are fun runs for girls ages 5-12 alongside our REAL (Relatable, Empowered, Active Leaders) Role Models, held in Canmore, Alberta! The event includes a warm-up activity led by a local facilitator, a fun run, and time to chat with our REAL Role Models.

Rocky Mountain Soap has generously partnered with us for this event for many years. The event runs alongside the Rocky Mountain Soap Women’s Run. Participants get to run on part of the Women’s Run course and cross the finish line the same way all of the amazing women do all weekend. It’s the ultimate combination of girl and women’s power in Canmore.

We want to extend a HUGE shout out to all who participated, volunteered, and took part in our Girls Run weekend in Canmore, AB!
