Fast and Female Supporting Women in Sport Foundation is thrilled to announce a generous $5,000 donation from iA Financial Group. This contribution directly supports our mission to empower girls through sport and physical activity across Canada, helping them build confidence, resilience, and lifelong healthy habits.

At Fast and Female, we believe in the power of sport to inspire, connect, and uplift girls aged 5-20.
