Fast and Female is on a mission — to empower young girls and women through sports, physical activity, and education. 

Since 2005, we have empowered countless girls, hosted over 300 events, and have recruited many volunteers and inspiring role models coast to coast to make genuine connections to last a lifetime.

Through our programs, we provide opportunities for girls and women to engage in sports and physical activity while promoting self-confidence, building leadership skills, and establishing a sense of empowerment and belonging.
