My name is Devan and I’m a retired Team Canada Athlete in the sport of Modern Pentathlon (fencing,swimming,shooting,running,horseback riding). My career highlight was winning a bronze medal at the Pan Am Games in 2023 with my awesome teammate Kelly. It was extra special as Kelly was the first person I reached out to when I was considering starting this crazy sport, and after her encouragement I started training and a couple years later we won our medal together.
Now that I’m not training for 5 sports, I am working in sport – I just can’t get enough 
. I work in Business Development for a global agency that does sports marketing/partnerships for the Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup. I got to go to Paris this summer for work, which was such a cool experience.
