As summer is in full swing we wanted to share 10 ways we are getting active this summer!

  1. Nature Walks 
  2. Hopscotch 
  3. Jump Rope 
  4. Running through a sprinkle or water park
  5. Go for a bike ride
  6. Gardening 
  7. Yoga (do it outside for some fresh air too!)
  8. Play frisbee with friends 
  9. Dancing 
  10. Get active at a playground

Remember when spending time outside in the sun to be safe, and stay hydrated.
