Fahreen is a “recovering lawyer” currently working in a corporate role for the regional transit agency in the GTHA. Though she lacks natural athleticism she is a keen sports fan, having played soccer, field hockey, and basketball as a youth and still loves to watch sports live and on television, especially tennis and basketball. She is excited to bring her previous board experience to Fast and Female as she is passionate about the organization’s cause and inspired by its vision.
She has recently taken up tactile hobbies including knitting and pottery, is an avid reader and named the “benevolent dictator” of her bookclub, and loves to travel when she can.
