I am the Program Coordinator, Development, Delivery and Inventory. I am responsible for helping with the development and delivery of F&F programs and events, as well as supporting those programs with the inventory needed. When I’m not working with F&F I am a student at Mount Royal University in my last year of my Bachelor’s of Health and Physical Education with a major in Sport and Recreation Management.

Who is your role model and why?
My mom because she got involved in sport later in life and shows people that you can start at any age, and that you don’t have to win to be successful or proud of yourself.
How did you first get involved with Fast and Female? Tell your story!
I started when I reached out to do my practicum for my Sport and Recreation Management degree with F&F. I supported a variety of programs in different phases of planning and delivery throughout my three month practicum period. Then I got the opportunity to stay with the team and take on the Inventory role.
